What this toolkit won't do?

This toolkit is only meant for self-management and will help you to identify and label your emotions, uncoil the thread of thought, feeling and behavior and suggest some healthy coping mechanisms.


But it is essential to keep in mind that it is not meant to be a substitute for any Psychiatric or Psychological treatment. Hence, if the intensity of your negative emotions is extremely high and is impacting your daily life functioning, then reaching out to a mental health professional is advised.
