Interactive, insightful and engaging sessions on stress management, conflict management, work-life balance, dealing with overthinking, overcoming procrastination, developing emotional quotient in the workplace & many more.
Basic psychological assessments are employed to measure the mental health quotient and the emotional quotient of the employees. Customized self-help tools curated by the psychologists are provided to the employees.
One to one counselling session via chat, call or video call will be provided to the employees. The session focuses on empowering the employee by resolving their interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts.
You get privacy in sessions, you will feel comfortable in expressing yourself. The lady is very approachable with maturity and empathy as her key qualities that I liked. I personally found worth it to invest a little bit in my mental health with HappeeMindz.
