How will this toolkit help you?

The Buddha said that when we suffer, it is like being shot by two arrows. The first arrow being physical pain, and the second arrow being the mental pain that arises out of the meaning and emotions that we attach to our suffering. It is the latter that causes us the most pain.

Learning to be intelligent with our emotions and understanding them better can help us respond to unprecedented events, rather than react to them.

Emotional well-being is not only beneficial to us, but to the people around us too. When we strive to be better, we positively impact the people around us too.
